Unrest Reduction

Unrest at a port can be reduced in several ways:

• Certain missions award Unrest Reduction:
  • Patrolling (Port)
  • Turn-in Quests such as with Small Arms and Unrest Bundles.
• Sinking ships (both players and NPC fleets), of the unrest-causing nation near the port of unrest, similar to causing unrest.
• For ports in the regions Florida, New Spain, Guyana and Bahamas unrest also reduces over time[1].
