Your client has a new competitor that is running a very swift fleet if ships. He wants to hire you to beat these ships in getting some cargo to a nearby town.
A standard blockade-running mission with a time limit. It will not be in the same port as the NPC that gave it to you. In addition to getting through the blockade before the timer runs out, you will also have to beat a rival ship. Since you'll be running on a parallel course pretty much the whole way, simply equip mast-damaging shot and pelt him with it as you go along. He'll start to fall behind once his sails go under 50%. Your rival is in a 'La Belle' Heavy Corvette, and you're going downwind, so you'll need a ship that sails downwind reasonably well to keep up.
After finishing the blockade run, you have to go and talk to the bartender in the destination port to update the mission, then return to claim your reward.
